This attack follows another incident in which around 30 members of the Hindu community, including women and children, were held hostage by organized criminal gangs in the Kashmore and Ghotki districts of Sindh.

Such acts of violence and hostage-taking are deeply concerning and pose a threat to the safety and security of religious minority communities. Authorities are working diligently to bring the perpetrators to justice and ensure the protection of all citizens, regardless of their religious affiliation.

It is imperative that efforts be made to foster a society based on tolerance, inclusivity, and respect for religious diversity. The rights and freedoms of all individuals, irrespective of their faith, should be safeguarded, and steps should be taken to create an environment where such acts of violence and persecution are condemned and prevented.

The international community stands united in condemning these attacks and urges all relevant authorities to take swift action to ensure the safety and well-being of religious minorities in Pakistan.
